At School DASE, we believe lasting change in education begins with partnership. When parents, educators, and community leaders work together, schools become stronger, students feel supported, and learning thrives. Through our PAC workshops, CAC collaborations, and School Board committee engagement, we empower families and communities to be active voices in shaping school culture and climate.

Workshops designed to help parents understand school culture, strengthen communication with teachers, and support learning at home.

Workshop Focus Areas:

  • Building relationships between home and school

  • Supporting social-emotional growth

  • Encouraging motivation and engagement

  • Practicing positive behavior strategies at home

School DASE partners with CACs to strengthen the link between schools and communities.

Core Objectives:

  • Promote shared responsibility for school success

  • Facilitate discussions on culture, climate, and equity

  • Collaborate on community-based events and leadership projects

School DASE founder, Margery Scott, is a District 10 School Board Committee Member.

Focus Areas:

  • Provide feedback for advancing policies that support healthy school cultures

  • Help ensure community and parent voices in district decisions

  • Support promoting data-driven and inclusive professional development, evaluation, and learning practices.

School DASE is committed to creating schools that reflect the strength of their communities. Whether you’re a parent, a community advocate, or a local leader, we invite you to join us in shaping a future where every child feels supported, connected, and inspired to thrive.
